Facilitation Team:
Benji: An experienced gay men’s coach and founder of Triangle Gay Men’s Tantra, Benji has a Diploma in Tantra from Tantra4GayMen and an M.A. in Transpersonal Counseling Psychotherapy from Naropa University. Benji is a former Peace Corps volunteer with 15 years experience with healing modalities including Authentic Relating, Brazilian Spiritist energy healing, plant medicine, and Tantric Buddhism. Steve: A teacher of qigong, Taoist men’s vitality practices, and Tantra for over twenty years. He is a senior instructor in Healing Tao and currently serves on Mantak Chia’s Council of Nine advisors for Universal Healing Tao. Steve also has 30 years experience in martial arts, and has done extensive personal work in other traditions including ISTA, plant medicine, and shamanic de-armoring. Together Benji and Steve have developed a version of Tao Tantra — a synthesis integrating Tantra, Taoist Alchemy, Authentic Relating, and Men’s Work into original material that shows how words can be as intimate as touch—and how touch deepens through presence and alignment and cultivation of our inner sexual Truth. The Taoist backbone keeps the pace grounded so the teachings and exercises are more rapidly absorbed. You’ll train daily energy cultivation, relational states of awareness, and embodied ritual designed to be lived after the retreat, so the depth follows you home into your life.

The Retreat will be held in the warm and gay beach town of Zipolite, Mexico. It has the only legal nude beach in Mexico and overall has a special, relaxed, hippie-legacy vibe that will charm you. The town is full of nudist and gay hotels, fantastic, affordable restaurants, and local artisans. And there is a special gay beach with its own personality. You will love Zipolite!

The Details
- Dates: January 17-23, 2026
- Early Arrival: Some men are planning to arrive a week early for time together – reach out to us for details after booking.
- Housing: Double-occupancy rooms with your own bed; all linens provided. Clean shared bathrooms with open air views, flush toilets, and hot showers.
- Meals: Two nourishing meals per day included. We will do our best to accommodate special dietary needs. (E.g. vegetarian, gluten-free, and/or daily-free). For dinner, you are free to explore the many great, affordable restaurants nearby.
- Venue: Pachelegria <https://pachalegria.com/en/>: A beautiful, brand new retreat center, with wifi, owned by a gay couple.
- Travel: You arrange to fly into Huatulco International Airport; there are direct flights from both Dallas-Fort Worth Airport and Mexico City. Shuttle to Zipolite is provided.
- Cost: $2,490 for early registration by November 15
- Participation: Minimum 14 men, maximum 22
- Intention: Thaw out, Connect, and Ignite
- Daily wakeup with stretching and qigong vitality practices.
- Sensual tantra practice and teachings in daily sessions.
- Free afternoons to explore Zipolite, its nude, gay beach, and its great affordable food.
- Taoist alchemy practices that help you ground your sexual energy and grow in your life.
